Psi Upsilon's 169th Convention was held at the Hilton Hartford June 22-24, 2012 under the auspices of the Beta Beta(Trinity College) and Xi (Wesleyan University) chapters. This year's activities included trips to the historic chapter houses of the Xi and Beta Beta chapters.

Annual Communication

Required by Psi Upsilon's Constitution, the Annual Communication of the Executive Council highlights the host chapters, reports on the state of the Fraternity and addresses issues to be dealt with by the Convention.

Hartford, Connecticut was the location of the 169th Psi Upsilon Convention and brothers came from across North America. This year's activities included trips to the historic chapter houses of the Xi and Beta Beta chapters.

Every active chapter is required to send two undergraduate members and at least one alumnus as delegates. In addition the active chapters present, the following inactive chapters were also represented: Gamma (Amherst), Upsilon (Rochester), Delta Delta (Williams) and Epsilon Phi (McGill).

New Executive Council President

Thomas T. Allan IV, Theta Theta '89

Thomas T. Allan IV, Theta Theta '89 (Washington) became the 23rd president of the Executive Council at its annual meeting held in conjunction. Tom has been a member of the Executive Council since 1998 and is a long-time leader of the Theta Theta where he serves on its alumni board and organizes its popular annual Founders Day Dinner.

Tom is Vice President, Business Intelligence, Apps Business at Adknowledge. Adknowledge operates the 4th largest marketplace for advertisers to connect with their target audiences in hard-to-reach places on the web.
