Tom FoxTom has been a member of the International Office since his graduation from the University of Illinois in 2000, becoming executive director in August 2012. As Psi Upsilon's executive director, Tom manages the services provided to Psi Upsilon's undergraduate chapters and expansion groups. He plans, organizes and facilitates undergraduate officer academies, the Leadership Institute and Convention, and administers the risk management and insurance programs. Additionally, he acts as a liaison to campus student affairs personnel and consults with alumni on issues facing the undergraduate chapters..

Originally from North Aurora, Illinois, Tom graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences in economics and a minor in cinema studies. He is loyal to the Chicago sports teams he grew up with: the Bears, Cubs, Bulls and Blackhawks and is even happy for the White Sox and the south side when they win. He enjoys hiking, photography and visiting state and national parks when he finds the time.

Originally from Maryland, Rico graduated this past May with a B.A. in Communication Studies and a minor in Civic Engagement and Social Entrepreneurship. Over his time at CNU, Rico was very involved with the University: as a Ferguson Fellow he created a digital non-profit concept that expands enrichment opportunity for public high school students called Jump-Starters and also served as the Executive Vice President of the Class of 2018.

For Psi Upsilon he has served as 2nd Angelos, Public Relations Chair, and as Philanthropy Chair where he created the "Friends of Phi Nu" program which continues to encourage CNU students to mentor and support a local elementary school.

Cathy grew up in the Atlanta suburbs and graduated this past May with a degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. During her time as a member of the Gamma Tau she served in numerous positions including Risk Management Chair, Judicial Board, Philanthropy Chair, Secretary, and VP of Member Education. In her free time Cathy likes to volunteer at local humane societies, watches Disney movies, and plays video games.

Nick was born in Columbus, Ohio and shortly after his family moved to Malaysia and then the UAE, where he graduated high school. He recently graduated from Pepperdine with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Medicine. During his time as a member of Lambda Sigma, he served as both Service Chair and Chaplain. In his free time Nick loves to travel, run, hike, and be involved with community service projects.

Bethann studied languages and international law at Hope College. She has worked in the catering and dining services industry for a variety of firms. In 2015, she shifted careers into human resources and administrative support.


Chris Kizer Chi Delta '12 (Duke University)

Chris earned his A.B. in Medieval and Renaissance Studies with a minor in Chemistry at Duke University. After graduating, Chris interned with Duke's Undergraduate Admissions Office. He moved to Duke's Fuqua School of Business in 2013 as its Interview Coordinator.

Chris has taken on a number of roles within Psi Upsilon before this one. As an undergraduate, he served as recruitment chair and archon. He interned at the International office in 2011, and served on the Undergraduate Advisory Board during his senior year. Chris chipped in as an alumni volunteer for the 170th Psi Upsilon Convention and Leadership Institute at Duke University. Several months later, he was elected to serve as the Alumni Advisor for the Chi Delta chapter.

Chris is an avid gamer. For the past six years, he has attended the annual World Boardgame Championships in Seven Springs, PA, as a competitor, staff volunteer, and tournament organizer. Chris is also a regular competitor in local pub trivia contests and escape rooms.
