Heraldry of the Epsilon Chapter

Arms - Quarterly: first and fourth sable, two dexter hands hand-in-hand in fess between the Greek capital letters Psi and Upsilon, the former in chief, the latter in base, or; second and third ermine, a circular chain proper. The crown and ermine were both worn by ancient kings as symbols of honor. The circular, endless chain represents the strength of the group bond and unified ideals. In early heraldry a metal, such as or (gold) or argent (silver), is never placed on a metal, thus this coat uses a background of ermine which symbolises honor.

Crest - on a wreath of or and azure an owl argent

Motto - "We exercise self control" as translated from the Greek; presented azure on a scroll argent
