Mark A. Williams Last Day in Office as President and CEO of Psi Upsilon Foundation.

After announcing his retirement last November, today is Mark A. Williams, Phi '76 (Michigan), last day at the Psi Upsilon International Office. Mark has served Psi Upsilon for over 27 years becoming Psi U's executive director in June 1990 and operated in that role until August 2012. He has been the chief staff officer of the Foundation since 1991.

During this time Mark helped usher Psi Upsilon into the 21st century. He moved the International Office to Indianapolis and helped make Psi Upsilon an integral part of the Interfraternity community. He has served as president of the Fraternity Executives Association, chairman of the Institute for Greek Advancement, and as an officer of FIPG and Greek Properties.

Mark has developed Psi U’s risk management program and helped secure liability insurance for the fraternity, currently he serves as the vice president of FRMT, Ltd. Programs such as the Chapter Leadership Consulting Program, Summer Leadership Academy, and Archons’ Academy have become successes under his guidance.

Mark’s direction also caused the Psi Upsilon Foundation to thrive. He has developed new giving programs such as the 1833 Club, Order of the Owl, and the Schoepflin Society and most recently lead first capital campaign of the Foundation which successfully raised over a million dollars.

Most importantly Mark teaches us all how to be a better Psi Upsilon brother. He lives our values of lifelong friendship, moral leadership, intellectual engagement, responsible social conduct, and service to society.

Mark’s devotion to Psi Upsilon is unparalleled. The fraternity has truly benefited from his leadership and expertise over the past 27 years. Please join us in wishing Mark a happy and well-earned retirement.
