September 21, 2007

  • Insurance assessments must be received by International Office to receive 5% discount for early payment.

October 1

  • Insurance assessments due.

  • Initial Membership Reports and taxes ($145.00 per returning member) due. Membership (initiation) fees are due upon initiation ($195.00 per initiate). (Reports and assessments from chapters that start classes after September 15th are due October 15th.)

  • Fall officer reports due.

October 10

  • Insurance coverage canceled if payment not received. There is a 25% surcharge for reinstatement.
November 1
  • First installment of Chapter Services assessment ($900) due.

  • Fall chapter reports due.
November - Psi Upsilon Service Month
  • Demonstrate your commitment to community service and philanthropy. Contact the International Office for information or ideas. Submit summaries of all events held as well as pictures to the International Office.
January 4-6, 2008
  • Archons Academy, International Office, Indianapolis, IN

February 1

  • Mid-year Membership Reports due and taxes for returning students due. Membership (initiation) fees are due upon initiation ($195.00 per initiate).

  • Spring officer reports due

March 1

  • Final installment of the Chapter Services assessment ($900) due.

  • Spring chapter reports due

  • Scholarship Applications due.

April 1

  • Outstanding Junior Nominations due.

  • Griffin Award for Exceptoinal Seniors Nominations due.

  • Chapter reports to the 165th Convention due.

May 1

  • Graduate and Initiate Membership Reports due.

  • Registration for 165th Convention delegates due.

  • Send summer contact information to International Office.

June 26-30

  • 2008 Leadership Institute, 165th Psi Upsilon Convention, Indianapolis - All chapters are expected to attend and send at least two undergraduate delegates.
    Pledges Reports are due at the beginning of formal pledging. If they are not received at this time, College Tablets will not be sent to the chapter.
