Tom has been a member of the International Office since his graduation from the University of Illinois in 2000, becoming executive director in August 2012. As Psi Upsilon's executive director, Tom manages the services provided to Psi Upsilon's undergraduate chapters and expansion groups. He plans, organizes and facilitates undergraduate officer academies, the Leadership Institute and Convention, and administers the risk management and insurance programs. Additionally, he acts as a liaison to campus student affairs personnel and consults with alumni on issues facing the undergraduate chapters..
Originally from Aurora, Illinois, Tom graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences in economics. He minored in cinema studies. Tom served the Omicron chapter as first angelos, rush chair, social chair and pledge educator. He was also involved in student politics as member of the student senate caucus as a member of the calendar committee and the board of student discipline. He enjoys football and is an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Anna joined the International Office staff as director of communications in 2012. She is responsible for the layout, design, and publication of The Diamond as well as The Review and Psi Upsilon's e-newsletter, Psi Upsilon Today. Her duties include continuing development of the Fraternity web site, creating Psi Upsilon's social media and conveying the Fraternity's history and its members' stories, through all forms of media.
Anna graduated from Purdue University in 2008 with a degree in visual communications design and a minor in art history. Since graduation she has worked as a graphic designer for a small design firm in Broad Ripple, IN. She currently lives with her husband, Maris, in Fishers and enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga and Colts football.
Mike Thibideau,Epsilon Nu '11, (Michigan State University)

Originally from Metro Detroit, Mike graduated from Michigan State with a degree in public policy and administration. Mike held numerous positions throughout his tenure at the Epsilon Nu chapter including second angelos, house manager and new member educator. After graduation, Mike managed campus organizing, fund raising and lobbying efforts for various grass roots organizations and campaigns. As a chapter leadership consultant, his duties include visiting and consulting with chapters on operational issues while enhancing relations with host institutions.

Mark is president and chief executive office of the Psi Upsilon Foundation. He is responsible for directing all fund raising efforts of the Foundation, editing The Diamond of Psi Upsilon and other publications, and fostering alumni relations. Mark is also general counsel to the Executive Council and Foundation board of directors.
Mark received his A.B. (with distinction) from the University of Michigan and a law degree from the University of Detroit School of Law, where he wrote for the Journal of Urban Law. After a clerkship at the Arizona Supreme Court, Mark practiced insurance defense law prior to becoming Psi U's executive director in June, 1990. He served as the Fraternity's executive director from 1990 until August, 2012. Mark has been chief staff officer of the Foundation since 1991.
In 1999 Mark earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives. Among association professionals, "CAE" is an indication of demonstrated skill in leadership, activity in community affairs, and expertise in association management.
Mark is vice president of FRMT, Ltd and chairman of its audit committee. He has served as president of the Fraternity Executives Association, chairman of the Institute for Greek Advancement, and as an officer of FIPG and Greek Properties. Mark is a past director of the University of Michigan Alumni Association board of directors, where he was chairman of the Clubs Council.
Mark, a fan of the Indianapolis Colts and F1 auto racing, is a two-time finisher of the Hawaii Ironman triathlon.
Mariann H. Williams, Alpha Delta Pi '78 (University of Michigan)

Mariann coordinates the Foundation's Annual Fund, major gift Leadership Initiatve and other special fund raising projects. A member of Psi Upsilon's staff since 1990, Mariann assists chapters and alumni corporations with newsletters and alumni events. She is responsible for development of the Psi Upsilon Membership Database and alumni requests for information.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Mariann earned a bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene and practiced for 15 years in Ann Arbor, MI, Scottsdale and Tempe, AZ. Mariann has done graduate work in business administration and has earned a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University. A member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, she has been an adviser to Alpha Delta Pi's chapter at Indiana University.
Mariann and Mark have been married since 1984 and have two sons, Evan and Alec.
