The Psi Upsilon Convention is the legislative arm of the Fraternity. Convention delegates will address a number of issues including budgets, awards, Executive Council nominations, and other legislation. As legislation to be considered by the 165^th Convention is proposed it will be posted here.

• Determine recipients of Award of Distinction
• Determine recipients of Award for Exceptional Academic Performance
• Determine recipients of Exceptional Chapter Award
• Determine recipients of Distinguished Alumni Service Award

Committee on Budget and Development

• Review 164^th Convention Committee on Budget and Development recommendations.
• Review 2007-08 financial statements.
• Review chapter receivables
• Review 2008-09 budget

Committee on New Business

• Review Convention absenteeism
• Recommend potential sites for 168^th Convention (2011)

Committee on Nominations and Credentials

• Verify delegate credentials.
• Determine eligibility of Chapters with indebtedness to vote at the 165^th Convention (Article II, Section 2)
• Determine whether quorum is present. (Article II, Section 2)
• Nominate alumni members to serve on the Executive Council
• Nominate alumni to serve on the Alumni Advisory Board.
• Review candidates for undergraduate Executive Council members
